Sandberg Phoenix Associate Stephen Murphy joins a network of more than 20,000 individuals committed to improving the knowledge and meeting the needs of attorneys in the claims and litigation management industries.
Stephen joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2004, and focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation and insurance law (primarily coverage and bad faith). Steve has handled all phases of litigation, including claim investigation, commencing litigation, discovery, motions for summary judgment, mediation and trial. He has also successfully resolved cases through arbitration. Steve routinely authors featured articles for the firm’s Insurance Coverage Team E-Newsletter and is responsible for authoring the Missouri Case Spotlight for each E-Newsletter edition, which keeps him abreast of new developments in Missouri insurance law. He represents a diverse clientele, including large businesses, professionals, and individuals, and is excited about the opportunity to augment his skills as a member of the CLM Alliance.
