Tony also serves as a mediator of civil disputes as well as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Tony provides a full range of transactional, corporate and legal counsel, including structuring favorable exit strategies for business owners, establishing sound governance practices for organizations and upholding the rights of real property owners. Additionally, he advises educational and religious organizations on their governance practices and operations.

Tony formerly practiced in public accounting and clerked for the Honorable Kent Karohl, and the Honorable James Reinhard of the Missouri Court of Appeals before entering private practice.
