Jason Schmidt practices Community Association Law focusing on collections and transactions, litigation, dispute resolution and intellectual property. Jason has worked extensively with a significant portion of the more than 5,000 homeowners and condominium associations and boards of directors in the state of Missouri. Jason’s practice covers a full spectrum of community association law, ranging from collections and enforcement, to the development and interpretation of governing documents.
Jason received a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Truman State University in 2002. He went on to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law on a full merit scholarship where he obtained his J.D. in 2006.
In 2009, Jason earned his LL.M degree in Intellectual Property and Technology from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.
Jason is licensed to practice law in the states of California and Missouri.
