About

Laura Gust joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2015 from a litigation firm based in Kansas City. She is a member of Sandberg’s Products Liability Practice Group. Her practice includes the areas of products liability, premises liability, and general negligence. She has experience in lawsuits involving pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and recreational products. She also has experience in class action litigation and in cases involving contractual disputes. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, she has gained valuable insights into the competing interests at play in the litigation process.

“Working with clients is a great pleasure,” says Laura, and “Sandberg Phoenix’s values, including delivering amazing client service and treating everyone with respect and empathy, are consistent with my personal values.”

Away from the office, Laura enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys the local live music scene.
