Loren I. Ettinger joined Sandberg Phoenix as Counsel in 2017. He is both an attorney and a C.P.A. with real world experience and expertise in commercial real estate, banking and accounting matters.
He worked in public accounting as a tax consultant for several years with Arthur Anderson and Ernst & Young. After public accounting, he worked for several years in the commercial real estate industry as an owner, developer and broker with Walpert Properties and Koman Properties specializing in ownership, development, leasing, management, financing, acquisition, construction and disposition of shopping centers and other commercial properties, and also including the representation of national and local tenants.
Loren then returned to law practice with a Clayton, Missouri firm specializing in real estate, banking and business transactional practices.
In his free time, Loren enjoys participating in outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
Loren graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University with a B.S. in Business as an Accounting major. He went on to pursue his law degree from Washington University School of Law, earning his J.D.
He is licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. In addition, Loren is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Commercial Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Missouri.
Loren serves as a committee member for Wydown Tomorrow (the redevelopment of Wydown Middle School), the Clayton-Richmond Heights Joint Study (the proposed merger of Clayton and Richmond Heights) and for the St. Louis Men’s Group Against Cancer.
