After working at Sandberg Phoenix as a summer associate in 2006, Tim Niedbalski joined the firm in September of 2007 as an associate in the Products Liability and Health Law practice groups. Tim is now a shareholder serving as Practice Group Leader for the Products Liability group and is the Sandberg Phoenix Transportation Team Leader. He focuses his legal practice on matters of transportation, product liability, premises liability, personal injury and medical malpractice defense.
Tim has developed extensive experience in representing local, regional and national clients in the heavy machinery and trucking and transportation industries. He has also worked with clients ranging from amusement parks, concert venues, hospitals, physicians and other healthcare professionals to manufacturers and distributors of automotive products, medical devices, hunting and sporting goods and recreational products.
Tim offers an early and realistic evaluation, advising the optimal method of achieving the goals of the individuals and companies he represents, whether that is trial or resolution. His responsiveness and dedication mean his clients can focus on running their businesses or practices while he works to represent their best interests.
Outside the office, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and son. He also keeps busy with fitness activities, playing and watching sports, and managing the Sandberg Phoenix softball team.
