Effective March 1, the firm will combine with St. Louis-based Intellectual Property boutique Polster, Lieder, Woodruff & Lucchesi LC. Known for its full suite of IP services, the 11 Polster Lieder attorneys focus on Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Trade Secret, Unfair Competition and Litigation.
McPherson Moore, David Howard, Jonathan Soifer, and Scott Gray will join the firm as Shareholders while G. Harley Blosser, Douglas Churovich, William Cunningham, Lionel Lucchesi, J. Philip Polster and J. Joseph Muller will join as Counsels. Associate Rafay Asrar as well as ten support staff will also join the team who will all work in Sandberg Phoenix’s Business Practice Group, now the fastest growing area in the firm.
