Lorraine Cavataio Elected Vice Chair of Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education

The board of Illinois Institute of Continued Legal Education (IICLE) elected Lorraine Cavataio as Vice Chair July 1, 2012. The IICLE is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the support of continued professional development of Illinois attorneys through Illinois-focused practice guidance.

Cavataio is an attorney with Sandberg Phoenix law firm and works out of their O’Fallon, Illinois office where she practices business law, estate planning, estate and trust administration, litigation and real estate. Her association with IICLE began in the late ‘90s when she volunteered as an occasional guest speaker and assisted with publications. Increasingly, she became more involved with the organization and was first appointed to the board in 2008.

A Belleville native, now residing in Shiloh with her husband and two daughters, Cavataio is a 17-year veteran attorney and recognized estate planning expert as well as a certified public account. Her expertise in estate planning has made her a high-demand guest speaker and she often travels throughout Illinois giving seminars to special interest groups and organizations.
