As of November 1, Shareholder Tracy Beckham Phipps will serve as Chairperson of the Paralegal Program. Tracy will lead the group to raise the profile of the work the firm’s paralegals are doing, assist to enhance their skill set and build a team environment in supporting firm attorneys and clients.
In addition, Shareholder Benjamin Haltenhof will take over the leadership and marketing role for the firm’s Legal Project Management (LPM) efforts as of November 1. Ben will provide support and hold the LPM teams accountable in moving their initiatives forward, while focusing on new areas for implementation.
Both Tracy and Ben are excited about their new roles and the firm looks forward to their fresh ideas and leadership.
