Ben Haltenhof is a shareholder with the firm. As a graduate of Vanderbilt University, Ben joined Sandberg Phoenix in September 2011 after serving as a summer associate with the firm in 2010. He serves as practice group leader for the Business group.

Working with clients ranging in size from small businesses to global corporations, Ben has experience in general business law, including formation, governance and agreements; business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures; contract drafting and review; commercial lending and real estate transactions.

Ben has wide ranging experience on the buy and sell side of medical practice transactions and continues to advise his buy-side clients on day-to-day issues as they scale up their newly owned businesses.

With a careful attention to detail, Ben puts the needs and interests of his clients first, utilizing his vast knowledge of business law and applying creative problem solving to bring practical solutions to the issues faced by his clients. His focus extends beyond addressing current issues, instead anticipating future needs and devising strategies to assist clients in achieving long-term goals.

In addition to his corporate work, Ben has extensive experience drafting prenuptial agreements.

Outside of his legal practice, Ben enjoys both watching and playing golf and soccer. He is a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals fan and has been a season ticket holder with the St. Louis Blues for several years. He resides in St. Louis County with his wife Torie and their son Miles and daughter Lily.
