Larry joined Sandberg Phoenix in September 2011 and focuses his practice on matters of transportation, product liability and personal injury. He chairs the firm’s Transportation team and is a member of the Product Liability practice group. Larry has extensive experience representing local, regional and national clients in the trucking and transportation industries throughout the litigation process. He works with transportation clients in all aspects of their business including immediate response investigations after catastrophic accidents, safety policies/training, regulatory compliance and general risk management.
As an active member of the Missouri Trucking Association, Illinois Trucking Association and the Defense Research Institute, Larry was selected to be a member of Missouri Trucking Association Next Generation Council and is a graduate of the Illinois Trucking Leadership Program. Throughout high school and college, Larry spent his summers and holiday breaks delivering commercial linen in large commercial trucks. His experience operating these vehicles assists him in protecting the interests of trucking and transportation companies in many facets, particularly in catastrophic injury and complex litigation cases.
Larry’s practice includes defending high exposure and catastrophic products liability cases involving a variety of products including heavy machinery, electrical components, and consumer goods. He has significant experience with a wide range fire science and premises liability matters. From the initial claim investigation through the jury trial, Larry has engaged in all aspects of litigation.
Larry resides in Shrewsbury, Missouri with his fiancé, Sarah; his daughter, Alice and Artie, their dog. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, running in St. Louis’ parks and playing golf. He is a passionate fan and supporter of the University of Missouri and Truman State University.
