The core of Todd’s practice centers on advising condominium and homeowner association boards with respect to governance, interpretation of governing documents, drafting amendments and new documents, collections, strategic planning, drafting rules, enforcement, contract review, opinion letters, FHA project certification for condominium associations, transition from developers and the inter-relationship between association and unit owner insurance policies.
