Sandberg Phoenix announced today that Rick Katz, founder of The Katz Law Firm of Kansas City, and James Neeld, also of The Katz Law Firm, have joined Sandberg Phoenix. Rick and James have decades of experience in complex transactional work focusing primarily on matters in the region, representing significant clients in the Kansas City metropolitan area, as well as both eastern Kansas and Nebraska.
Rick and James have a strong regional reputation for their transactional work and have secured hundreds of transactions, some in excess of 200 million. They represent major lenders and developers that have transformed communities with their unique and dynamic shopping centers and life center malls as well as major apartment complexes, industrial plazas, airport warehouse developments and corporate buildings.
