Our Employment Law Team has vast experience providing effective representation to employers in complex state and federal administrative proceedings and litigation.   • Buehrle v. City of O’Fallon, Missouri. Award of summary judgment in case alleging age discrimination, workers’ compensation retaliation and First Amendment retaliation. (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Honorable Judge Audrey Fleissig, 2011).
  • Corbell v. Southern Illinois Healthcare. Summary judgment entered in employer’s favor rejecting claim for statutory penalties under ERISA for not providing employee with insurance claim file. U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois; Honorable Judge Michael J. Reagan.
  • Criswell et al. v. City of O’Fallon, Missouri et al. Award of summary judgment in case alleging First Amendment retaliation and wrongful discharge in violation of public policy for engaging in whistleblower activities. (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Honorable Judge E. Richard Webber, 2008).
  • Richardson v. Patkar Hospitality. Dismissal of case alleging retaliation in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Honorable Magistrate Judge Thomas C. Mummert, III, 2008).
