Our firm is not complete without the contributions of our staff

At Sandberg Phoenix, we believe that each member of our firm is valuable. And when we talk about members of our firm, we are not just talking about our lawyers. We recognize that our administrative staff is an integral part of the success of Sandberg Phoenix.

We offer a variety of administrative positions, from paralegals, legal clerks, legal administrative assistants, IT staff, human resource professionals and marketing and finance professionals, each of which offers unique challenges and opportunities.

Our staff members and attorneys are treated with the same level of respect and everyone is on a first name basis. When the firm holds outside functions, such as charity and social events, everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate.

Referring to your employees as a “team” has become almost cliché, but we are fortunate to have a true team atmosphere that brings out the best in our staff and attorneys, which is reflected in the exceptional client service we deliver.

If you are looking for an exciting and challenging position in the legal field, then look no further than Sandberg Phoenix. For more information on joining our staff, contact us today!

Training program

Sandberg Phoenix is always looking for candidates with excellent legal and administrative skills and a dedication to supporting their team of attorneys. Our members know what client service means. Besides a professional environment, competitive salary base, and 401(k) options, Sandberg Phoenix also offers its staff members opportunities to learn and train to develop additional skills.

To develop expertise in a practice area, legal administrative assistants and paralegals are assigned to lawyers by practice group.

Our paralegals, legal administrative assistants and firm management staff are part of the “Training to New Heights Program,” which is a long-term training program providing educational opportunities and programs to keep up to date on firm procedures, enhance technology skills, and improve communication skills in order to meet our client service goals.

Our administrative members are invited to attend various social events including a firm picnic, a family day event and a Staff Appreciation Luncheon – all to say “Thank You” for their hard work.
