Our team is well-versed in all aspects of bankruptcy work and the workings of Chapter bankruptcies, which are entirely based on federal statutes and codes requiring specialization. We assist associations with filing proof of claims, objecting to confirmation of bankruptcy plans, and lien avoidance actions, as well as more complicated legal situations such as contested adversarial proceedings.

We engage at the local level through involvement in the Eastern District of Missouri’s local rules committee, to national involvement at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges and the National Asian American Pacific Bankruptcy Committee and Practice Group.
