Amanda Walker

Amanda joined the firm in 2024 and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. Amanda has represented clients at all stages of pretrial litigation, including discovery, depositions, pre-trial motions, and dispositive motions. After graduating law school, she worked at a well-known regional insurance defense firm representing a wide-variety of clients in employment discrimination cases, premises liability, personal injury matters, commercial litigation, and first party insurance disputes.

Before joining Sandberg Phoenix, Amanda represented a state agency in medical marijuana licensing litigation before the Administrative Hearing Commission. She also litigated discrimination claims against school districts under the Missouri Human Rights Act and Title VII in state and federal court and advised public entities on compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

When not practicing law, Amanda enjoys cheering on the Cardinals, hunting for antiques and vinyl, attending the Muny, and hiking with her husband and two dogs.
