Anastassia Dambrouskaya

Anastassia Dambrouskaya joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2018 and is a shareholder in the firm’s Business practice group. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate industry team.

Anastassia specializes in mergers, acquisitions, and dental service organization transactions.  She is skilled at representing sellers partnering with DSOs and has successfully closed nearly 450 deals.

When not working with the mergers and acquisitions team, she assists clients in their DBE and M/WBE certifications. Outside of her legal practice, Anastassia is fluent in Russian, serves as the Co-Chair of the firm’s Women Lawyers Forum and mentors associates through our Associate Development Committee.
