Ann S. Johnson

Ann Johnson joined Sandberg Phoenix’s Business Practice Group in 2026, where she focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including issuing title insurance and clearing title matters. With extensive experience representing buyers, sellers,  and parties involved in both new construction and existing home and building transactions, Ann provides practical, solutions-oriented guidance to help clients navigate complex real estate matters with confidence. Her practice also includes representation in business acquisitions and sales.

Before joining Sandberg Phoenix, Ann owned and operated a title insurance agency and a solo law practice in Florida, where she advised clients on a wide range of real estate transactions. Earlier in her career, she worked with several residential and commercial real estate companies in Minnesota, building extensive experience in abstracting, surveys, title commitments, closings, and final title policy matters.

She is also a member of the advisory board at the State College of Florida and previously taught real property courses there as an adjunct professor.

Ann resides in Sarasota, Florida.
