Anna Bross

Anna joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2022 and is a member of the Business practice group. She concentrates her practice servicing individuals and small businesses in a variety of areas of law including mergers & acquisitions, business formation and planning, contract drafting, and general business advising. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate industry team.

Anna represents sellers in dental service organization transactions, assisting small business owners in the sale of their practices in pursuit of a partnership with different DSOs.

Outside of the office, Anna enjoys hiking with her husband and golden retriever Penny, cheering on her Kansas Jayhawks, and exploring St. Louis. She is originally from South Saint Paul, Minnesota.”
