Caitlyn M. Specketer

Caitlyn Specketer joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2025. While attending Saint Louis University School of Law, Caitlyn gained extensive practical experience through a variety of legal internships and programs. She served as a summer intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois, and was a 2024 Sandberg Phoenix SummerAssociate. She also completed a corporate field placement with the general counsel at Schnucks, where she developed a strong foundation in corporate legal practice.

Caitlyn further strengthened her advocacy skills through her participation in SLU Law’s Civil Advocacy Clinic and Moot Court program. These opportunities allowed her to hone her litigation, research, and writing skills while serving clients and engaging in complex legal issues.

At Sandberg Phoenix, Caitlyn brings this diverse background and dedication to client service to her practice.

In Caitlyn’s free time she enjoys taking her dogs, Sonny and Toby, for walks, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Missouri Tigers.
