Caleb Harmon

Caleb Harmon joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2026 and is an attorney in the firm’s Health Law and Business Litigation Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on defending physicians and healthcare providers in medical malpractice matters, where he brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every stage of litigation.

Since 2023, Caleb has served as primary counsel on medical malpractice cases, handling all aspects of case development, including deposing parties and expert witnesses and representing clients through trial. His experience also extends to complex, multiparty construction litigation, giving him a broad foundation in high-stakes dispute resolution.

Before entering private practice, Caleb served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Stephen Clark of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, where he gained valuable insight into federal court proceedings and judicial decision-making.
