Carrie Timko

Carrie has spent the vast majority of her career working almost exclusively in the field of community association law, including litigation, appellate work, alternative dispute resolution, restating and drafting governing documents; contract drafting, negotiation and review; association compliance; and enforcement of the governing documents.  She has expanded her practice to include general corporate and real estate work as well, including entity formation, sales and purchases, leases, easements, zoning, and contracting.

Carrie is an active member of the Programs Committee of Community Association Institute Heartland Chapter and regularly speaks at industry events.
