Catherine A. McKeehan

Catherine joined Sandberg Phoenix’s Business Practice Group in 2026 as a Senior Paralegal, where she focuses on both commercial and residential real estate matters. She supports attorneys, real estate lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction process by preparing closing documents, drafting deeds and other legal instruments, coordinating closings, and helping ensure each transaction is completed efficiently and accurately.

With decades of experience in the real estate industry, Catherine brings extensive knowledge of real estate transactions and closing procedures to her role  Earlier in her career, she gained valuable industry experience working in the mortgage business, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the real estate process from multiple perspectives.

Catherine is a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) and an active member of The Florida Bar.
