Courtney L. Evans

Courtney Evans is a Paralegal in Sandberg Phoenix’s Business Practice Group, where she supports clients and attorneys in corporate and transactional matters. She joined the firm in 2026 and focuses her practice support on real estate, contracts, corporate transactions, and estate planning and probate matters.

Courtney brings a broad background in legal support across corporate and business matters, estate planning and probate, transactional work, family law, evictions, and litigation. Her experience includes assisting with entity formation, coordinating closings, preparing complex transactional documents, and drafting legal documents across multiple practice areas.

Courtney is commissioned as a Notary Public in both Illinois and Missouri. Her broad transactional experience and attention to detail allow her to provide comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of business and real estate matters.

While working at Sandberg Phoenix, Courtney is also completing her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Upon completing her degree, she plans to pursue admission to law school.
