Dillon Cook

Dillon joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2025 and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Products Liability Practice group. Dillon’s practice is primarily focused in commercial litigation, personal injury and tort defense, product liability, and construction. In his previous role as the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Cass County, Missouri, Dillon zealously prosecuted criminal offenses in and outside of the courtroom. Dillon has tried many matters before a jury ranging from low-level felonies to homicides at the state level. Dillon’s trial experience and prior work with victims and their families have provided a strong foundation for effectively managing all kinds of litigation matters, while ensuring clear communication throughout the process.

Outside of the office, Dillon enjoys spending time with his growing family, golfing, and hunting.
