Evan Rose

Evan Rose joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2025 and is an associate attorney in firm’s Products Liability Practice group. He brings a well-rounded litigation perspective shaped by his prior experience representing plaintiffs in a range of complex matters.

Before joining the firm, Evan handled all stages of litigation, including case development, discovery, motion practice, negotiation, and trial strategy. During this time, he was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff’s Lawyer in Missouri. This experience provides Evan with valuable insight into litigation strategy from both sides of the aisle and informs his objective approach to case evaluation and risk assessment.

Evan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law. While in law school, he was selected to compete on the Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition Team and placed in the top 10 percent of advocates nationwide.

Outside of his practice, Evan enjoys playing pool and spending time with friends and family.
