Harry M. (Mark) Murray, IV

Shareholder Mark Murray joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2025 and is a member of the firm’s Business Practice group. Mark focuses his practice on real estate matters involving transactions, leasing, real estate lending, secured transactions, loan workouts, foreclosures, development projects, easements, eminent domain and property disputes. He advises publicly traded companies, financial institutions, municipalities and individual commercial real estate investors on projects ranging from under one million dollars to more than twenty five million dollars.

Mark represents both landlords and tenants in negotiating and enforcing commercial leases and also assists clients with property tax appeals, exemptions and eminent domain concerns. His experience includes guiding clients through municipal matters such as subdivision approvals, re zoning, variances, conditional use requests and related issues. He also counsels organizations on creating policies that address risk management and ethical considerations related to the use of artificial intelligence.

In addition to his practice, Mark provides pro bono legal services to several religious and charitable organizations. He previously served as chairperson of Holy Cross Academy in St. Louis, Missouri and continues to serve on its strategic planning committee.
