Jake Wood

Jake Wood joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2025 as a member of the firm’s Business practice group. His practice focuses on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and corporate governance. Jake has extensive experience representing private companies in acquisitions with deal values up to $500 million. He advises both buy-side and sell-side clients across a wide range of industries, helping businesses navigate complex transactions with efficiency and precision.

Before joining Sandberg Phoenix, Jake was a corporate associate at a large international law firm in St. Louis.

Outside of the office, Jake enjoys golfing, skiing and traveling with friends and family.
