Jessica Y. Featherstone

Jessica joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2026 and is a member of the firm’s Business Practice Group, concentrating her practice on residential and commercial real estate matters. Since beginning her legal career in 2009, she has built extensive experience in real estate law, dedicating the past 12 years exclusively to advising clients on real estate transactions. Jessica represents clients in a wide range of complex real estate matters, including new construction transactions involving foreign sellers, private and seller-financed deals, 1031 exchanges, business entity, and banking and finance transactions.

Before joining Sandberg Phoenix, Jessica served as an attorney at a prominent, local Sarasota law firm. During her career, she has closed more than 3,000 residential and commercial real estate transactions totaling nearly $1.8 billion.

She represents individuals and businesses in acquisition, sale, and financing of a wide range of real property transactions, and her practical, detail-oriented approach helps clients navigate transactions efficiently and effectively.

Originally born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Jessica relocated to Bradenton, Florida in 1990 and has deep ties to the local community. She resides in Sarasota with her husband, fellow real estate attorney, Ryan Featherstone and their two children.
