Johanna Shallenberger

Johanna joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2018 as a member of the Business Practice Group.  She is a transactional attorney  focusing her practice on real estate, construction and corporate matters. Johanna’s practice spans handling real estate matters including the negotiation and execution of acquisition and sales, and construction contracts for individuals, businesses, municipalities and districts, and corporate matters including formation, organization, dissolution, asset transactions, contracts, and compliance with the filing of public securities documents and addressing the requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act.

Johanna has prior legal experience working in house for a homebuilder and a global chemical company.  Recently Johanna has handled pro bono matters to help with the formation of several Missouri charities, and the receipt of their federal tax exempt status.

Outside of the office, Johanna dedicates time to several charities and enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Angus the Pug.
