Johnson joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2026 and is Counsel in the firm’s Business Practice Group. He focuses his practice on probate, guardianship, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. He advises individuals, families, and businesses on matters ranging from estate administration and probate proceedings to business transactions, succession planning, and strategic growth initiatives.

Johnson is committed to building meaningful relationships with his clients by taking the time to understand their individual circumstances and long-term goals. He values the opportunity to guide clients through complex legal matters with compassion, practical advice, and dedicated advocacy.

Throughout his career, Johnson has represented a wide range of clients, from nationally recognized franchisee owners to entrepreneurs, and closely held & family-owned businesses. He advises clients on protecting their assets and maintaining legal compliance while helping them navigate complex business challenges with practical legal guidance.

For more than 27 years, Johnson has served as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for incapacitated individuals who are unable to represent themselves in legal proceedings. He also represents professional guardians, providing trusted counsel on matters involving guardianship administration and related legal issues.

When not practicing law, Johnson enjoys cycling, swimming, and traveling the world. Johnson resides in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
