Kathleen J. O’Neil Kurtz

Kathleen joined Sandberg Phoenix’s Business Practice Group in 2026 as a Paralegal, focusing on residential real estate matters. She assists attorneys and clients throughout the real estate transaction process by preparing closing documents, coordinating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders, and facilitating closings. Known for her attention to detail and client-focused approach, Kathleen helps ensure transactions proceed efficiently while building strong relationships with clients and referral partners.

Kathleen brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate law, having previously worked with a Sarasota-based law firm. Before beginning her career in real estate, she served as an office manager for a consulting firm, where she developed strong organizational, administrative, and client service skills that continue to support her work today.

Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering for the nonprofit organization, National Alliance of Mental Illness.
