Lindsay M. Barash

Lindsay Barash joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2025 and is a member of the Health Law practice group. She has experience in civil defense litigation, including long-term care, medical malpractice, personal injury, and labor and employment matters.

Coming from a family of healthcare providers, Lindsay has always had a deep appreciation for the medical field. This background gives her a unique perspective in medical malpractice defense, allowing her to approach cases with an understanding of both the legal and healthcare landscapes.

Lindsay has aspired to be an attorney for as long as she can remember. Straight out of high school, she was admitted to the Legal Education Accelerated Degree (LEAD) program, a prestigious pathway designed for high-achieving students pursuing a legal career. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kansas State University, graduating at the top of her class with summa cum laude honors. For law school, she made the switch to the University of Kansas School of Law, where she continued to excel in her studies and gain hands-on litigation experience.

During law school, Lindsay interned for the United States District Court for the District of Kansas under the Honorable Toby Crouse, where she gained invaluable insight into the litigation process under the guidance of a federal judge. She also interned at Kansas Legal Services, where she worked directly with clients and developed a deeper understanding of public interest law and legal advocacy. Lindsay is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri and is a proud member of the Kansas Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, Kansas Women Attorneys Association, and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys baking, reading, and going to the movies.
