Megan C. Bradshaw

Attorney

Attorney Megan Bradshaw joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2025 and is a member of the firm’s Health Law practice group. Megan brings significant trial experience and a strong litigation background to her representation of healthcare providers and organizations.

Before joining Sandberg Phoenix, Megan served as both an Assistant Circuit Attorney for the City of St. Louis and an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for St. Louis County. She prosecuted a wide range of serious offenses, including domestic violence, sex crimes involving both children and adults, homicides, and general felonies. Megan has taken more than 15 cases to jury trial, serving as both first and second chair. Notably, she helped secure a life sentence in the nationally publicized Samuel Scott domestic violence murder case, which drew coverage from outlets such as The New York Times.

Following her government service, Megan worked at a St. Louis law firm, where she defended medical insurance carriers and long-term care facilities. Her experience includes successfully defending a medical malpractice case in which the plaintiff sought $4.2 million—resulting in a full defense verdict.

Megan’s combination of trial-tested skill and healthcare litigation insight makes her a formidable advocate for clients in the health law arena.

Outside of work, Megan likes spending time with friends, family, and her chocolate goldendoodle – Brie and traveling.
