Molly Adams

Molly joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2026, bringing over a decade of legal experience to the firm. She has worked in the legal field since 2011, beginning her career as a legal secretary at a personal injury and workers’ compensation firm. Molly later expanded her experience at an asbestos and probate law firm, where she earned her associate degree and paralegal certificate from Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey, Illinois.

Since becoming a paralegal in 2013, Molly has developed a strong background in litigation, post-judgment collections, and traffic matters, including her work at a plaintiff’s collections firm beginning in 2014.

Outside of the office, Molly resides in Brighton, Illinois with her husband and four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children’s sporting events, fishing, and relaxing at their lake house.
