Molly Kriegshauser

Molly joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2022 as a member of the Business practice group.  Molly’s practice focuses on corporate transactions and real estate development. Molly has a vast understanding of the needs of her clients ranging from small to large scale property owners and developers and is committed to providing the best service to each client.

Molly primarily assists commercial developers in negotiating construction contracts with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and consultants. Her experience in construction contracts includes large-scale multi-family projects, condominium and home association projects, medical facilities, other commercial properties, and beyond. Her commitment to detail and her understanding of construction allows her to find solutions that are amenable to all parties to ensure a successful project. As a member of CREW St. Louis, Molly stays up to date on the latest real estate and construction trends in St. Louis and acts a resource for her clients and colleagues.

Outside of the office, you can find Molly exploring everything St. Louis has to offer with her friends, husband, Dylan, daughter, and dog, Bonnie, a German Shorthaired Pointer.
