Morgan Hill

Morgan Hill joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2022 and is a member of the Business practice group, concentrating her practice on commercial real estate and corporate transactions. She works with national and local clients on all aspects of real estate deals, including development, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. She represents purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, and advises both landlords and tenants in negotiating retail, office, industrial, and ground leases. Morgan also counsels buyers and sellers of businesses on mergers and acquisitions, guiding clients through due diligence, deal execution, and post-closing corporate governance and compliance.

In addition to her transactional real estate and M&A work, she continues to advise clients on entity formation and day-to-day corporate matters, helping business leaders align legal strategy with commercial objectives. Prior to joining the firm, Morgan practiced at a mid-size St. Louis firm, where she focused on wealth management, trust administration, tax, and advising closely held businesses. This experience informs her pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach and her commitment to clear, efficient client communication.
