Nicholas G. Cova

Nicholas Cova joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2026 and is a member of the firm’s Products Liability Practice Group. Nicholas represents corporations, insurers, and individuals in civil litigation matters throughout Missouri. He manages complex cases from early investigation through discovery and trial preparation, focusing on practical strategy, efficient case management, and thoughtful, results-driven advocacy. Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas handled a broad range of complex disputes, including construction defect, premises liability, contract, insurance coverage, and personal injury matters. He also advised insurers on first-party property claims and suspected arson/fraud investigations. This diverse background strengthens his ability to evaluate risk, identify key issues, and guide complex matters toward practical resolution.

Outside of his practice, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.
