Nicholas J. Childress

Nicholas joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2026 as a member of the Health Law Practice Group. His practice currently focuses on civil rights litigation, correctional medicine, and medical malpractice.  He also has extensive experience handling premises liability, transportation, construction, and general liability matters.

Nicholas has worked for multiple civil defense firms in the St. Louis area. He has assisted clients at every phase of litigation, from pre-suit through trial and appeal. He has represented individuals, medical professionals, and companies in civil litigation in both Missouri and Illinois.
