Oliver Rolfe

Attorney

Oliver Rolfe joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2025, where he focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business formation, and succession planning.

A central part of Oliver’s practice involves crafting tailored estate plans designed around each client’s specific financial circumstances, family structure, and long-term goals. His approach emphasizes individualized planning rather than one-size-fits-all documents, ensuring that each plan reflects the unique needs of the client.

Oliver works with individuals and families across Missouri and Illinois on probate and trust administration, including matters involving estates where a person dies without a will, known as intestate estates. He helps guide clients through the legal and practical steps required to administer estates and trusts efficiently and with clarity. In addition, Oliver assists clients with the modification of irrevocable trusts through tools such as Nonjudicial Settlement Agreements, Nonjudicial Modifications, and trust decanting.

Before joining the firm, he served as a summer associate at Sandberg Phoenix in 2024, where he further developed his experience in business and estate planning matters.

Oliver earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2025. He graduated cum laude from High Point University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a minor in Finance.

Outside the office, Oliver enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Marie, and their two dogs, Leo and Mickey.
