Rachel Scribner returned to Sandberg Phoenix in 2021, focusing on supporting the Health Law practice group. Since 2006, she has worked as a litigation paralegal in the areas of toxic tort (asbestos), products liability, medical malpractice, commercial litigation and personal injury. She earned her B.S. with a double major in biology and genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Forensic Science degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
Rachel is an active member of the Kansas City Paralegal Association (KCPA) and has served on the Board of Directors since 2018. She is also proud to chair the organization’s Pro Bono and Community Service Section and serve on the Harvester’s Food from the Bar Steering Committee.
As parents to three young children, Rachel and her husband enjoy spending time together as a family.
