Raina Payne

Attorney

Raina joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2022 as a member of the firm’s Business Practice Group, where she focuses her legal practice on estate planning and commercial real estate. She brings a client-centered approach to both areas, helping individuals and families navigate significant legal and financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

In her estate planning practice, Raina assists individuals and families in preparing foundational estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. She works with clients on both basic estate plans and more sophisticated strategies designed to address estate tax considerations and preserve wealth for future generations. Raina also helps clients develop plans that account for real estate holdings, business interests, and other complex assets.

In addition, she prepares prenuptial agreements and assists with trust and estate administration. Whether helping a client establish a first estate plan or developing an advanced strategy for a high-net-worth estate, Raina takes the time to understand each client’s family dynamics, financial goals, and unique circumstances.

In her real estate practice, Raina focuses on commercial leasing, representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation, drafting, and review of lease agreements. She has particular experience assisting clients with healthcare-related leasing matters.

Raina counsels clients through the sale and acquisition of commercial real estate, helping them navigate transactions from initial negotiations through closing.

In her free time, Raina enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
