Ryan A. Featherstone

Ryan, a Sarasota native, joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2026 and focuses his practice on helping clients navigate complex real estate and business transactions with clarity and confidence. He represents individuals, developers, and business entities in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, development, and leasing. His experience includes title analysis and curing, as well as the issuance of title insurance, helping ensure transactions move forward efficiently while reducing risk.

Ryan also advises clients on the purchase and sale of businesses, providing strategic guidance from initial negotiations through closing. He regularly drafts and negotiates contracts, works to resolve disputes before litigation when possible, and manages both real estate and business closings with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.

In addition, Ryan serves as approved counsel for several national and community banks, assisting with the legal analysis, documentation, and closing of secured and unsecured loan transactions.

Ryan resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife, Jessica Featherstone, a fellow real estate attorney, their son and daughter, and their Labrador Retriever, Bishop, and their Siberian cat, Maui.
