Sandra Dennis

Sandra Dennis joined Sandberg Phoenix’s Business Practice Group in 2026 as a Senior Paralegal, focusing on banking and financial services, residential real estate, and corporate formation and transactions.

With more than 30 years of legal experience, she plays an integral role in helping real estate transactions move efficiently from contract to closing. Sandra prepares and coordinates settlement and closing documents, assists with a wide range of real estate transactions, and works with a vast array of clients including For Sale By Owner (FSBO) transactions. Her extensive experience and attention to detail help ensure a seamless closing process for clients and all parties involved.

Before joining Sandberg Phoenix, Sandra worked at a Sarasota-based law firm. Earlier in her career, she spent more than three decades supporting attorneys across the country in a broad range of real estate matters. Her career began in New York, where she worked for an appraisal and title agency before relocating to New Hampshire to join Stewart Title Company as a paralegal. After several years, she returned to New York and continued her career at a law firm, where she handled both residential and commercial real estate transactions as a paralegal.

Sandra is an active member of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
