Sandra K. Dunbar

Sandra joined the Sandberg Phoenix’ Business Practice Group in 2026 as a Senior Paralegal focusing on residential real estate. She assists attorneys and clients with drafting and closing documents, opening files, creating welcome letters with buyers and selling agents and more. With Sandra’s years of experience in real estate, her attention to detail ensures transactions are efficient while building strong relationships with clients.

Before joining Sandberg Phoenix, Sandra previously worked for a Sarasota-based law firm. She’s been a part of the Florida Bar since 2008 as a Registered Paralegal.

Outside of work, she enjoys working out and traveling.
