Scott joined the Sandberg Phoenix team in 2025 as part of the Business Litigation group. His practice focuses on creditor rights, mortgage servicing, title resolution and litigation and other real estate matters. He has 30 years of experience, primarily in the eviction, foreclosure and title related experience. His many years of experience make him uniquely qualified to assist you in your legal and real estate needs.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Rhonda, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
