T. Ryan Connor

Ryan joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2021 and is a member of the firm’s Business and Business Litigation practice groups. He brings with him over 13 years of legal experience. Ryan concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation and municipal law. In his civil litigation practice, Ryan has successfully defended at trial and appellate level, and successfully prosecuted cases for municipalities.

With nearly a dozen municipal clients, Ryan has both litigation experience and experience serving as counsel to municipal offices. Ryan works with municipalities on matters:

• involving recovery of municipal debt
• prosecution of ordinance violations
• drafting ordinances
• attending municipal meetings
• and more

When Ryan is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
