Employers may be now, or may soon be, encountering questions regarding appropriate return-to-work criteria for employees who have self-quarantined because either they have experienced COVID-19 symptoms or who have tested positive for it themselves, or they have been directly exposed to a family member or other person who has experienced symptoms or tested positive. Employers may also have questions about managing their job sites and other employees in these situations. We have been keeping abreast of these issues.
