The firm would like to announce the following changes that have taken place, effective today, November 1, 2018.
The firm is happy to announce its new Shareholders, who were unanimously approved, Kristy Bourgeois, Jared Byrne, Benjamin Haltenhof, Michael McGinley, Quinn Murphy and Casey Wong. Sandberg Phoenix is very excited about adding this talented group of attorneys to its shareholder community.
Shareholder Aaron French will assume a role on the firm’s Executive Committee. Aaron joined Sandberg Phoenix 15 years ago and has served as Business Litigation Practice Group Leader for over six years. With Aaron’s transition, Shareholder Timothy O’Leary will fill the Business Litigation Practice Group Leader role. Tim has been with the firm for over 10 years and pioneered the Sandberg Phoenix Legal Project Management initiative. He is extremely passionate about the group and is excited to begin to work in this new role.
Shareholder Tracy Beckham Phipps will serve as Chairperson of the Paralegal Program. Tracy will lead the group to raise the profile of the work the firm’s paralegals are doing, assist to enhance their skill set and build a team environment in supporting firm attorneys and clients.
Shareholder Benjamin Haltenhof will take head of the leadership and marketing role for the firm’s Legal Project Management (LPM) efforts. Ben will provide support and hold the LPM teams accountable in moving their initiatives forward, while focusing on new areas for implementation.
